Getting your first website online is fast and painless with Digitalhost. Simply follow these steps and your website will be online in no time!
Step 1

Your domain name

A domain name is the address where your website lives for example is the domain name for Digitalhost. The domain name is usually the name of your business or a word that describes what your website is about.

If you do not already have a domain name, your first step it to register one. Decide which domain type below suits your website and press the order button to order.

Uploading your website

Once your order has been processed your account information will be emailed to you. This will include your username and password to access your new webspace and your control panel. All you need to do now is upload your website files into your public_html folder using an FTP program such as WS-FTP or through your webpage editor such as Dreamweaver.
